The worship of Lord Vishnu as Satya Narayan — the lord of truth — with the recitation of His sacred katha, performed at your home to give thanks and bless a new chapter.
Performed by Certified Gurukul Scholars
Satya Narayan Katha is the worship of Lord Vishnu in His form as Satya Narayan, the protector of all creation. The ceremony pairs a formal puja with the recitation of the Satya Narayan Katha — the traditional story of the lord's grace — performed by families to give thanks and seek a smooth, blessed path ahead.
To give thanks after a wish is fulfilled, to bless a happy occasion — a wedding, a new home, an anniversary, a naming or a promotion — or simply to invite Lord Vishnu's protection and grace over the household.
Beyond the puja, the family gathers to hear the Satya Narayan Katha read aloud — a cherished, accessible ceremony that can be held on any day, and is especially favoured on Purnima (the full-moon day).
Our scholar arrives with all the puja Samagri. You only arrange a few household items and a clean space — nothing to source or worry about.
Samagri may vary slightly with the scale of your Sankalpa and seasonal availability. Anything specific is always confirmed during your free consultation.
The intention is set with Swasti Vachanam, and Gauri Ganesh, the Kalash and the Navagraha are honoured so the puja proceeds without obstacles.
The formal worship of Lord Vishnu is followed by the recitation of His katha for the gathered family to hear.
The ceremony concludes with Aarti, blessings, and the sharing of prasad among everyone present.
